    Great staff, but lots of noise

    The staff were polite and attentive, always ensuring our needs were met. The room was well-maintained, and we enjoyed delicious meals.

    The lack of power outlets on both sides of the bed was also inconvenient.

    Outstanding food, top-class hotel, STRATEGIC location to food shopping etc. Well-maintained room with double bed, best employees on the night shift. Location right by the biggest mall, the biggest shopping center in Surabaya and the main shopping centre. Also, easy to get to Siola Surabaya Museum.

    Staying at the Sheraton in Surabaya offered me a good experience overall. The location near Tunjungan Plaza provided easy access to amazing shopping. The breakfast selection was excellent.

    We loved the outdoor pool and enjoyed complimentary Wi-Fi . The team was super friendly and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. The hotel's location in the shopping mall made it easy to explore too.

    The lobby felt a bit dated and didn't match the modern vibe of the rest of the hotel, a letdown upon arrival.
