Outstanding food, top-class hotel, STRATEGIC location to food shopping etc. Well-maintained room with double bed, best employees on the night shift. Location right by the biggest mall, the biggest shopping center in Surabaya and the main shopping centre. Also, easy to get to Siola Surabaya Museum.

Everything. Just about everything about the hotel is perfect. If you are going to Surabaya and don't mind spending on a good hotel, Sheraton is what you are looking at.

Great Hotel. We had an excellent stay at Sheraton. The location is central, and the nearby shopping mall is convenient. The Executive Lounge provided a peaceful escape from the busy hotel. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel despite its high room rates.

Guests might experience some inconveniences with the gym equipment.

Convenient location n good facility

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff members were attentive and some even knew my name after just one day. The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.

The room I stayed in was a bit dated, which made it feel less luxurious. the smell of smoke throughout the hotel was not ideal.

I was upgraded from a deluxe room to 2 bedroom apartment. But since I'm a solo traveler, its simply to big for me..

I have no complaint..
